Product Review: Multipower Whey Protein Powders and Bars

I've been a big fan of Multipower since I reviewed some of their protein powders and shakes back in 2015 (you can read those posts here and here if you missed them) and last week I was lucky enough to receive another box of goodies. This included Multipower's new range of protein bars, powders and merchandise and - spoiler alert - I wasn't disappointed.

Getting some protein in quickly after your workout is the best way to repair and rebuild tired and damaged muscles. The most effective way to do this is with a protein shake or bar - you can take it to the gym with you and consume it straight after your workout, rather than going home and cooking a protein-rich meal.

What I love about Multipower is that they use high quality whey protein in all their products. Here's what I was sent:

100% Pure Whey Protein
This is a high quality whey protein complex (with isolates as the primary source) to support lean muscle growth. It offers 24g protein, 5.9g BCAAs and 3.8g glutamine per 30g serving and is low in sugar and carbs. It comes in strawberry splash, French vanilla, rich chocolate, banana mango, coffee caramel, cookies & cream and blueberry yoghurt flavours.

40% Protein Fit Bar
These bars are a great little low-sugar snack to keep you going between meals, with 14g protein per 35g bar, fibre to keep you full and copper which contributes to the maintenance of normal connective tissues. They come in blueberry vanilla, chocolate almond and peach yoghurt flavours.

53% Protein Bar
These are another low-sugar, high protein snack, offering 27g protein per 50g bar. They're the perfect addition to your gym bag, to enjoy after your workout. They come in chocolate, berry yoghurt, coconut, and cookies & cream flavours.

I'm not exaggerating when I say that Multipower has become my No. 1 choice when it comes to whey protein - their products are superior quality, un-grainy and easily digestible. I would recommend them to anyone who's into fitness, whether you're a complete newbie or a seasoned pro.

  1. I’ve been getting in to fitness a lot lately in preparation for my summer holiday. In the past I’ve tried a few protein bars but I found them all to crumbly/bitty. These sound great though so I’ll need to give them a go!
    Thank you x

    1. I got the cookies & cream protein powder but not the bar - I got the chocolate and berry yoghurt bars. I've never been disappointed with any of their products though so I'm sure it's amazing.
