Twelve Thoughts All Health Bloggers Have

Since I started this blog, I've noticed a few niggles which keep popping up. Now I can really only speak for myself here, but I'm sure other health and fitness bloggers must have the same concerns! Here are twelve worries that often enter my head as I work on my blog:

1. Does my writing sound too judgemental? Will people think I hate them for drinking a can of Coke?

2. Is this post too scientific? Will it lose people? Should I dumb it down? Will that offend people?

3. Do people think of me as someone who only lives on celery? I bloody hate celery!

4. Will everyone call me a hypocrite if I admit that I just ate half a tube of Pringles in one sitting?

5. What if everyone thinks this recipe is disgusting? They'll never trust me again!

6. Is my dinner healthy enough?

7. Why doesn't everyone get as excited about vegetables as I do?

8. I can't believe how much time I spend checking and rechecking facts and figures.

9. I can't believe how much time I spend on Twitter instead of checking facts and figures.

10. I've been sitting here all day writing about fitness...I really should go for a run.

11. I think another green tea is in order.

12. Am I boring people with all this health speak?

  3. I have certainly had a few of these cross my mind! Especially love no.10! And as for no.7 - my family think I'm crazy for getting excited over vegetables and finding ways to smuggle them into recipes without them noticing or even better - saying how much nicer the recipe tastes with them in it - then I'm like "tah-dah! Diced swede did that! muhaha!". Yes, ok, I probably am a little crazy...
